Big Bank names are hampering
     Written by Lisa Bridges|Wednesday, 07 December 2011 11:16

Recently we came to know about some of the big names in the banking world were sued by the Massachusetts for supposedly conducting illegal foreclosures and misleading the homeowners. Now the US state attorneys-general has set themselves to attack the large US banks for allegedly illegal home seizures, creating further uncertainty for an industry longing for resolution of mortgage-related lawsuit.
They continued to investigate and followed multiple lawsuits against the financial illegalities all across the country.
The Investigation goes on...!!

The big names in the banking sector are continuously being investigated by federal government. Let's wait and watch how this investigation goes on and its results.

The state of Massachusetts on Tuesday asked the federal government to explore US taxpayer-owned Ally Financial for supposedly unlawful foreclosures, while California and Nevada, alleged hotbeds of mortgage deception that are among the states hardest hit by the recession, announced a partnership to investigate mortgage transgression. The attorney general has been doing this over the past month to wipe out all the illegality.
Martha, the Massachusetts Attorney General filed a court case against these five banks in state court in Boston for engaging in unfair and deceptive trade practices in violation of state law. Eric Schneiderman from New Yorks teamed with Delaware's Beau Biden in launching a broad search of large US banks for alleged mortgage improprieties, while Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada has sued BofA for allegedly breaching a 2008 mortgage-related settlement. In her suit, Ms Cortez Masto accused BofA of unlawfully grabbing borrowers' homes.
Let's wait and watch how this investigation goes on and what its outcome is.
