There are several prominent category tabs listed in this bank comparison site. Each of them has various sub-sections to navigate to. Site navigation is fast and effective. However the content is a little overwhelming for a novice user.

The different ‘bank compare’ descriptions offer a wealth of information on the subjects under discussion (Mortgages, Home Equity, Auto Loans, Bad Credit, CDs/Savings and Credit Cards). However they run the risk of alienating the average customer because of the complexity of information they have provided.

Interest.com differs from its competition through the multitude of services it offers to its customers. Their strength is in the depth of coverage they provide. This sets them apart from amateur operations.

This is one area we were a little disappointed about. Interest.com does not appear to have a contact us section. Instead what we found was a useful FAQ section which caters to a wide variety of issues.
