US Bank offers a range of online banking options including Internet Banking, Internet Bill Pay, Mobile Banking and Online Investing. But the site looks more like a cheap imitation of a RiteAid homepage than a reputable online banking institution.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..
If you can read the near-invisible text beneath the bottom banner then you’re doing really well. For the rest of the site, navigation is a blunder. It’s a splash of everything just plopped onto a webpage. You need advanced cryptology to decipher what categories everything belongs to.

Why is it different to other online banks? We graded on originality and innovation..
US Bank rates itself highly on innovation, but we have yet to find unique examples of this. They do provide mobile banking and multiple account sign-up options such as 36-month loans, various credit lines and various wealth management tips.

Their customer service help page is certainly not a place you want to find yourself when you’re in a spot of bother. It’s bubbling over with so many links that it’s simply off-putting. It’s nice to know that they will get back to you in 24 hours. So, plan ahead.
