How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..

The homepage is really simple, but as soon as we clicked through the many pages we were soon overwhelmed with the mortgage bank content. It’s not easy reading material. Significant simplification is urgently required.

There are multiple options available to customers on this site. These include mortgage calculation options for: payment amounts, principal calculators, cost per thousand, real APR calculator, affordability calculators, income requirements and FHA calculators. This is impressive and we give them full credit.

How detailed are the mortgage descriptions? Is the information on mortgages easy to follow or written in complex jargon? Are the various mortgage options easy to compare and are breakdowns provided? We graded on content..
Each of the categories discussed is described in immense detail. The content is awash in jargon and complex terminology. We would like to see this reviewed and simplified. While we appreciate all the details, this is a little too much for our liking.

There is limited on-site contact support. It includes an online form and a telephone number. But for all intents and purposes, it is more than sufficient.

Is this site safe? Does the site protect my personal information? Is the privacy policy easy to find? Will this site bombard me with emails or share my details with other providers? Is this site recommended or verified by a regulator?.
Currently they do not store any personally identifiable consumer data. Some of the calculators allow consumers to email themselves the results, but they do not keep their email address any longer than needed to send them that email. Google AdSense is used to monetize the site and thus cookies track browsing habits. There is therefore total privacy and security of information.
