Mortgage101 features a signature orange, white and blue color scheme which is refreshing and easy on the eye. On site navigation is fast and the categories contain relevant and interesting data on mortgage banks. This is exactly what we were expecting.

There is an easy-to-use on site mortgage payment calculator available. It allows for purchase, refinance and equity loan types to be calculated quickly and easily. There are also purchase calculators and refinance calculators as well as online mortgage rates to make use of. These are super calculation tools.

We managed to locate a contact form but that’s all. There is a need for more contact options, email addresses and telephone numbers.  They can certainly do a better job here.
