There are FHA loans, Mortgage Loans and rates. The extensive list goes on and on. We found this to be overwhelming. Clearly LendingTree needs to strike a balance between products/services offered and the content accompanying it. They fare poorly in this section.

LendingTree is on top of their game in this realm. We are pleased to see so many social bookmarking options available. There is an entire ‘Connect and Communicate’ section with Blog, Twitter, Facebook, Email, LinkedIn and Twitter to make use of.

While LendingTree offers so much, it is this very variety that makes navigation a minefield. We don’t like complex sites with so much vertical and horizontal depth – especially when it dissuades a potential or existing client from transacting for things like personal loans.
