How easy is it to find out the borrowing rates? Does the site offer tables, graphs or a rate calculator? Is information for borrowers easy to find?.
While we were unable to find a specific rates calculator for individual loan types, we did locate a mortgage rates graph. They can do a better job at making this type of information more accessible.

Can I easily check my credit score online? Here we look at each site and evaluate the process of getting a personal credit score..
We searched until we found a credit report and free score section. The site offers a credit report monitoring all three credit bureaus with ScoreTracker. These include TransUnion, Experian and Equifax. This is a great bank service and much appreciated.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support, live chat and telephone contacts available to users..
Creditloan offers its clients online forms to complete as well as e-mail support and a listing of telephone and fax numbers. Sadly they have a lengthy section under the heading: ‘Prior to contacting us, please review the following.’ But we feel they are trying to be thorough so we give them credit for it.

How detailed are the loan descriptions? Is the information on loans easy to follow or written in complex jargon? Are the various loan options easy to compare and are breakdowns provided? We graded on content. .
The three major categories of loans are bad credit loans, personal loans and auto loans. These sections are explained in detail, but in easy-to-understand language. Approval, if granted, takes only seconds. We are impressed by the speedy decision-making times on site.

After a cursory glance we found several options available for social networking. These include Twitter, Facebook, Mixx, Feedburner and others. Creditloan as a lender is well placed in this arena, making for easy sharing of information among clients and prospective clients.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..
We clicked through the pages on this site and have mixed reviews on it. First off, there is easy access to the content and navigation is generally smooth. However once you are in certain sections, it’s difficult to get out. There are several annoying pop-ups and hard sells. We prefer the option of consumer choice.
