Each loan has rate calculations built into its description. For the 4 different loan types it’s easy to the see the rates and terms, but only as percentages for fixed periods usually from 6 to 84 months. This is insufficient and a poor reflection for customers wanting specific information.

How detailed are the loan descriptions? Is the information on loans easy to follow or written in complex jargon? Are the various loan options easy to compare and are breakdowns provided? We graded on content. .
Each of the personal loan categories provides a wealth of information for customers. The problem is that all the content is laid out in an identical way with much of it appearing as overlaps. This makes it hard to differentiate between various loan categories.

Site navigation is basic but boring. There is nothing unique about AmOne’s white pages and blue text. It’s simplistic and none too impressive. Pages take some time to load too, it’s annoying.
