PersonalCashAdvance is arguably the most amateur of setups we have encountered. A payday loan up to $1,500 provides clients with an unsecured, short-term cash advance until their next payday. Customers choose payday advances to cover small, unexpected expenses while avoiding costly bounced-check fees and late payment penalties. This is a poor service overall.

How easy is it to find out the borrowing rates? Does the site offer tables, graphs or a rate calculator? Is information for borrowers easy to find?.
On the rates calculation front we have found nothing to suggest any tools for calculating repayments prior to actually signing up for the personal loans. This is a poor service and certainly not customer friendly at all.

DOZENbanks searched far and wide for information on credit scores. We went through all application forms and terms and conditions and came up blank. There is however a resources page listing multiple details on credit applications and procedures. We are not impressed at all.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support, live chat and telephone contacts available to users..
They provide a Wilmington DE support mailing address, a toll-free number and an online contact form. This is mediocre at best. We expect more ways to get in touch, like fax, live support and so on.

How detailed are the loan descriptions? Is the information on loans easy to follow or written in complex jargon? Are the various loan options easy to compare and are breakdowns provided? We graded on content. .
Qualifying is easy: applicants need to be employed, not be in the military, earn at least $1000 a month and even bankruptcy or other negative elements may not interfere with getting a loan.  They keep it simple and ask just the necessary questions. We are satisfied.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..
Navigation is a nightmare on this site. We find the really obscure links and hyperlinks really confusing and unnecessary. Each page links out to all sorts of other companies and advertisers. Plus all the scrolling soon becomes tedious.

There is a standard privacy policy which basically informs clients that the moment they submit their personal information, the site owners may collect further personal and indentifying information about them. This is a little too much information for us to stomach. But they are secured by GeoTrust site security.
