Ready Financial is committed to getting their customers a better deal on their banking products. Big banks take billions of dollars every year from their customers in checking account overdraft and other fees. They’ve designed the READYdebit® Card to help their clients eliminate those banking fees as a buffer to online credit cards.

Just what services does this online credit card site offer? Can customers log-in to accounts and check balances, statements, pay bills, top-up, use pre-paid services and transfer money? If so, how easy is it to do?.

The READY debit™ team develops financial tools to help clients plan their spending, keep track of their credit and purchases, and set aside more money for important events in their future, including college, home purchases, or retirement. The goal is to create innovative and affordable credit and prepaid card solutions for their clients. It’s an impressive resume they have, but it seriously lacks focus.

How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..
The site is easy enough to navigate but it’s not entirely clear what topics are covered in their category tabs. Clicking on these tabs leads to all manner of confusing financial options – none of which simplify this process at all. A promising start from their homepage, but a disappointing overall result.

How is this site protected? Is there information on site security? Does the site use firewalls or other measures? How does it protect from fraud or online identity theft? We read the small print so you don't have to..
We scanned and we scoured and we came up with nothing in this department. It’s surprising because leading credit card sites always prominently display their site security issues. We are not impressed.

What rewards are offered to online customers? Is there a reward club or reward programs? If so, what do they offer deals on - flights, insurance or other products? We breakdown the deals and evaluate the rewards on offer. .
This is another area that ReadyDebit came up with nothing. We literally could not find any rewards systems in place with them. Not surprising at all.  They really need to get their act together here.

Why is it different to other credit card sites? We graded on originality and innovation..
The good news is that these guys offer debit cards, not credit cards. That means that all clients are 100% approval guaranteed (subject to certain conditions). In this sense they do set themselves apart from credit card companies, but certainly not from other debit card issuers.

Is this site safe? Does the site protect my personal information? Is the privacy policy easy to find? Will this site bombard me with emails or share my details with other providers? Is this site recommended or verified by a regulator?.
We got a mixed reaction here. Visitors to the website remain anonymous, unless they register for a service or otherwise elect to disclose their identity. They do not collect personal information about persons who simply visit their site. But, they do collect certain limited information about visitors, such as their IP address.

How interactive is this site? Is there a Facebook Group? Twitter? RSS feeds? Linked In? Forum? We found out..
There is no social networking or other related options on site. A real downer because these guys need to promote themselves among blacklisted clients and those who have either been rejected or had trouble receiving credit cards.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support, live chat and telephone contacts available to users..
Here they provide clients with a static page. It includes the mailing address, telephone number and e-mail contact details. We’re not terribly impressed with this. We expect 100% on-site support. This is a half-job and gets half ratings in this category.
