Just what services does this online credit card site offer? Can customers log-in to accounts and check balances, statements, pay bills, top-up, use pre-paid services and transfer money? If so, how easy is it to do?.
What's new in it?
They primarily offer banking, investing and insuring services to their clients. In addition there are sub-categories in savings, money management, mortgages and rewards.  Sub-categories include motor, home, travel and emergency services. It’s not impressive at all. The site looks shockingly amateurish.

DOZENbanks.com took a look at this site from every angle. Considering that only the top-left quadrant of your webpage on Firefox is taken up by this website, this is indeed a poor state of affairs for such a well-known company. It looks more like egg on their face than a financial services institution.

Egg embraces a secure online code as a free service in association with Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide to give clients extra protection against unauthorized use of their credit cards online. We are pretty satisfied by their easy-to-find security measures and applications.

Egg Rewards comprises the buyagift.com promotion, travel and privileges and instant cash back and discounts. Overall it’s not a bad deal and we’re well impressed by their offerings.

Why is it different to other credit card sites? We graded on originality and innovation..
Egg doesn’t offer anything substantial in innovative ideas, products or credit services. Clients who have bought tickets to a concert and can’t go for some valid reason will get up to £100 back per event (terms and conditions).  We scoured their site but were unable to locate anything of real value that sets them apart from their competition.

Egg has multiple support options available to its clients. From fraud complaints and procedures to telephone, email and the website too. But there is also a lengthy complaints procedure, with sluggish turnaround times that are somewhat disconcerting. Their support network doesn’t have any logical flow to it. It should be simpler, better and faster.
